If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase from b2bzone.in, you may request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving the product. Kindly notify us via:

For Quality or Damage Issues:

  • If the product has a manufacturing defect or was received damaged, you may request a refund or exchange within 15 days of delivery.
  • In case of damage, a refund will be processed.
  • In case of minor quality issues, an exchange will be offered.

Refunds will be initiated only after the returned item is received and inspected by our team.

Returned Products Must Be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Packed properly with all original accessories and tags (e.g., clips, buttons, laces)
  • Shipped back at the customer’s expense

❌ Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • The item is worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • The item is damaged during return transit due to poor packaging
  • Original tags, accessories, or packaging are missing

Customers are responsible for return shipping. GST refund is applicable only if:

  • A valid GST invoice was issued at the time of purchase
  • A valid GST number is provided by the customer
