For Quality or Damage Issues:
- If the product has a manufacturing defect or was received damaged, you may request a refund or exchange within 15 days of delivery.
- In case of damage, a refund will be processed.
- In case of minor quality issues, an exchange will be offered.
Refunds will be initiated only after the returned item is received and inspected by our team.
Returned Products Must Be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Packed properly with all original accessories and tags (e.g., clips, buttons, laces)
- Shipped back at the customerβs expense
β Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:
- The item is worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
- The item is damaged during return transit due to poor packaging
- Original tags, accessories, or packaging are missing
Customers are responsible for return shipping. GST refund is applicable only if:
- A valid GST invoice was issued at the time of purchase
- A valid GST number is provided by the customer
