Refund, Return & Refund Timeline Policy

At B2Bzone, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, please review the following policy regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges.

1. General Conditions

  • Prices and product availability may change at the discretion of B2Bzone.
  • Orders cannot be canceled after dispatch.
  • B2Bzone is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to natural disasters or other uncontrollable events.
  • Complaints must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receipt for valid reasons.

2. Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

You may request a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Genuine quality concerns
  • Damaged or missing items
  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Damaged or partially received parcel
  • Any other issue approved at B2Bzone’s sole discretion

3. Process for Refunds (Missing Articles)

If your order is incomplete, contact us with the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Number of missing items with SKU IDs
  • A single unpacking video with 360-degree view in clear lighting
  • Clear photo of the POD (Receiving Slip) and AWB slip
  • Photos of the parcel bag (front, back, and inside)
  • Contact number of the delivery agent

4. Process for Exchanges/Returns (Wrong or Defective Items)

If you received the wrong or defective item, please provide:

  • Order ID
  • A single unpacking video in clear lighting
  • Clear photo of the AWB slip

5. Refund Timeline

Refund Request Initiation

  • Refund requests are acknowledged within 24 hours of submission via our website or support channels.
  • Please provide complete details, including order number, reason, and supporting documents.

Refund Approval

  • You’ll be informed of approval or rejection within 24 hours of review.
  • If approved, return instructions will be provided.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 3 days after inspection and approval.
  • Amount is refunded via original payment method or as store credit, as per your preference.
  • Credit will reflect in your account within 2 days of refund processing.

6. Important Notes

  • Refunds and exchanges will be issued only after proper verification and approval.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
